Terms & Conditions — RepSocialsLast updated: July 20261. Who I amI am Jemma O'Neill, a freelancer based in England ("I", "me", "my"). I provide freelance marketing services under the name RepSocials. When you buy services from RepSocials, your agreement is with me personally.Contact: repsocialshq@gmail.com 2. ServicesI offer freelance marketing services — including social media marketing and management, content creation, graphic design and video editing. The exact services for each client are pre-agreed in writing (email or message is fine) before any work begins.3. Pricing and scopeDepending on your needs, I will agree with you either a one-off fixed price for a defined piece of work, or recurring work at an agreed rate (for example monthly).The scope, price and delivery expectations are agreed before I start. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.All prices are in GBP.4. How I workRequests are handled one at a time, in the order received.My average turnaround is 48 hours per request. That is an average, not a guarantee — larger requests (video, multi-asset work) can take longer, and I will tell you if so.Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Further revisions may be chargeable at a rate I will confirm first.5. PaymentOne-off work is payable in full upfront unless we agree otherwise in writing. Recurring work is payable in advance for each period.Payment is by card or bank transfer using the payment link or details I provide.Work begins once payment has been received. I may pause work where a balance is overdue.I am not VAT registered; prices do not include VAT.6. Pausing and cancellationRecurring arrangements can be paused or cancelled with effect from the end of the current paid period. No further payments are taken after cancellation.I may end an engagement by refunding any unused portion of fees paid.7. RefundsBecause my services are digital and begin promptly, fees for work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.If you are a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for services bought online. By asking me to start work within that period you agree I may begin immediately, and you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered; if you cancel part-way, you pay for the work done up to that point.Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.8. Your responsibilitiesYou will provide the materials, access and approvals I reasonably need (brand assets, copy points, account access where relevant) in good time.You confirm you own or are licensed to use any materials you supply, and that nothing you ask me to produce is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.You are responsible for what is published on your own accounts and channels.9. Intellectual propertyOnce payment has been received in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you.I keep ownership of drafts, unused concepts, and my working files, templates and methods.I may show completed work in my portfolio and on my social channels unless you ask me in writing not to.10. LiabilityI will provide my services with reasonable skill and care.I am not liable for loss of profit, revenue, followers, engagement or business opportunity, or for how content performs once published — platforms and audiences are outside my control.My total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid me for that engagement in the 3 months before the claim arose.Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.11. ConfidentialityYou and I will each keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the work.12. GeneralThese terms are the whole agreement between you and me for the services.I may update these terms from time to time; the version on my website when you buy applies to your purchase.These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
